Yes, within 2 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be packed and ready to ship.

30 days from delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags. Full policy here.

You do—unless we made a mistake or the item is defective. Then we cover all costs.

Fastest way: return for a refund and reorder the correct size. We ship replacement orders free in TH

👕 I see small fabric variations. Is this normal?

Yes. Organic cotton can have natural imperfections and slight color variations. We call it character.

👕 How do I wash my Fior pieces?

Cold wash, inside out. No bleach, no fabric softener. Air dry preferred. Avoid hot tumble dry.

👕 What's included with my order?

Your item arrives in a rigid FSC-certified box with kraft mailer, Fior sticker, and thank-you card with QR code.

💳 Which payment methods do you accept?

All major cards and local payment options via Shopify Payments. All transactions are fully encrypted.
