But if something isn't quite to your taste, no worries – returns are on the menu!

Our policy is designed to be fair, easy, and in line with our "Unserious Quality" promise.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

⏰ Timeframe

The return is initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
After 30 days, unfortunately we can't offer a return.

✨ Condition

The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
No stains, no signs of wear, and no laundry adventures.

(Think of it this way: you wouldn't return a half-eaten slice of pizza, right?
Likewise, we can't accept a shirt that's been taken for a test dinner.)

🏷️ Tags & Packaging

Original tags must be attached. Ideally, keep the original packaging.
It keeps the item safe on its way back to Bangkok.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and items marked explicitly as "Final Sale" are yours to keep forever.

How to Initiate a Return

1️⃣ Contact Us

Email support@wearfior.com with your Order # and reason.

2️⃣ Get Instructions

We'll reply within 24-48h with the address of our Bangkok warehouse.

3️⃣ Ship It

Pack it securely. You cover the shipping cost (unless it's our mistake).
We recommend tracking.

4️⃣ Refund / Exchange

Once inspected (1-3 days), we issue the refund or ship your exchange.

We refund the full price of the item.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Why not free returns?

Offering free returns would force us to raise product prices.
We prefer keeping our pricing fair for everyone.
However, Exchanges (size swaps) include free shipping on the replacement item!

Wrong or Damaged Items

If we messed up (wrong item, defect), please let us know immediately.

We will cover all costs to replace it or refund you.
No questions asked. Quality is the one thing we don't joke about.
