Fair, easy, and no-nonsense

We want you to love your FIOR purchase. But if something isn't quite to your taste, no worries – returns are on the menu!

Our policy is designed to be fair, easy, and in line with our "Unserious Quality" promise (serious quality, unserious attitude).

Below you'll find everything you need to know about returning or exchanging an item, and getting a refund if needed.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

⏰ Timeframe

The return is initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. (After 30 days, unfortunately we can't offer a return or refund, as our small team needs to move on to cooking up new things.)

✨ Condition

The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed, in the same condition as you received it. This means no stains, no signs of wear, and no laundry adventures.

(Think of it this way: you wouldn't return a half-eaten slice of pizza, right? Likewise, we can't accept a shirt that's been taken for a test dinner.)

🏷️ Original Tags & Packaging

The product should have any original tags still attached, and ideally be in its original packaging. We understand you had to open the box to inspect or try on the item, but please hang onto that cool FIOR box and goodies until you're sure you're keeping your order.

It helps protect the item on the way back to us (and gives it a chance to delight someone else!).

📧 Proof of Purchase

We may require your order number or receipt. If you ordered through our official website, you're all set – we can look it up.

(Items purchased through third-party stores or events aren't covered by this policy; please contact those sellers directly.)

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return. This includes gift cards, and any item explicitly marked "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" in the product description. If in doubt, ask us. We'd rather chat with you first than disappoint you later.

How to Initiate a Return

Ready to return an item? Just follow these simple steps:

1️⃣ Contact Us

Email our support team at support@fior.com or use the Contact form on our website to start a return. Please include your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. If you can, let us know the reason for the return – not because we're nosy, but because your feedback helps us improve (and we genuinely care!).

2️⃣ Receive Return Instructions

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with confirmation and further instructions. We'll provide you with the return shipping address. We have local return points in Thailand and Singapore, so we'll direct you to the nearest one for convenience.

3️⃣ Pack Your Item

Securely pack the item you're returning. We encourage you to reuse the original FIOR packaging if possible – it's durable and will keep the item safe. Plus, reusing packaging is eco-friendly. Make sure the item is folded nicely and protected from potential transit damage. Include any original accessories, tags, or freebies that came with it.

4️⃣ Ship It Back

Send the package via your preferred shipping service. We recommend using a trackable shipping method (and if value is high, consider purchasing shipping insurance). This helps avoid mysteries – you know exactly when we receive it. Important: Unless we made an error, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

5️⃣ Confirmation & Refund

Once we receive your return, we'll send you an email to confirm it arrived. Our team will then inspect the item to ensure it meets the return conditions. This typically takes 1-3 business days. If everything looks good, we will process your refund. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Throughout this process, feel free to reach out with any questions. We're here to help and make the return as smooth as possible.

Refunds

💳 Refund Method

All refunds are issued back to your original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.). We cannot issue refunds to a different account or in cash. If the original payment method is no longer available (e.g., your card expired), let us know – we'll work out an alternative like store credit.

💰 Refund Amount

You'll be refunded for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of our error. For example, if you paid $5 for express shipping, that fee won't be refunded when you return the item, since the shipping service was already utilized.

⏱️ Processing Time

Once we've approved the return, we will process the refund immediately on our end. The timing for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. Typically, it takes about 5-10 business days. If it's been longer and you don't see your refund, contact us and we'll help investigate.

✅ No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees or hidden fees for returns. Returns are free besides the cost of return shipping. We want the process to be hassle-free and feel fair.

Exchanges

Need a different size or got your eye on another style? We currently handle exchanges by treating them as a return + new purchase:

🚀 Fastest Way

Simply initiate a return for the item you don't want to keep, and meanwhile place a new order for the item/size you do want. This ensures it doesn't go out of stock while we process your return.

🔄 Alternative Way

If you prefer, you can also mention in your return request that you'd like an exchange. If the size/style you need is available, we can reserve it for you. Once your return item is received and inspected, we'll ship out the exchange item. Note: This process takes a bit longer and is subject to stock availability, which is why the new order method is often quicker.

🚚 Exchange Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on the replacement item for exchanges (within Thailand/Singapore) as a courtesy, so you won't pay twice for delivery.

If you're unsure about sizing or fit, feel free to reach out before ordering or exchanging – we're happy to advise so you get it right the first time. Our goal is that you get a FIOR product you absolutely love.

Return Shipping Costs

As a small business, we currently do not offer pre-paid return labels (we're working on it!). This means:

📦 Customer pays return shipping

In general, you will be responsible for covering the shipping cost when sending an item back to us. We'll specify the return address and you can choose the most convenient courier or postal service for you. We recommend using an economical option with tracking.

⚠️ Exceptions – Our Mistake

If the return is due to an error on our part (for example, we sent the wrong item, or the item arrived defective), then we will cover the return shipping cost. In such cases, we can either provide you a prepaid return label or reimburse your shipping cost. Just coordinate with us, and we'll make sure you don't pay for our goof-up.

Why not free returns?

Being transparent: offering free returns for every order would increase our costs and ultimately the product price. We've chosen to keep our pricing fair for everyone. That said, we're constantly re-evaluating as we grow – and we aim to make your experience as easy as possible.

Wrong or Damaged Items

We check every product carefully before shipping, but if you receive a defective item or the wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Please let us know immediately, and we will make it right, right away:

  • Contact us at support@fior.com with your order number and a description of the issue (photos are super helpful too).
  • You won't need to go through the normal return process. In most cases, we'll send you a replacement at no cost, or offer a full refund – whichever you prefer.
  • We'll also cover any shipping costs incurred, of course.

Our goal is that you never have to worry about quality with FIOR. If something slipped through the cracks, we'll fix it with priority. Quality is one thing we do take seriously, so thanks for giving us the chance to make it right.
