Order before 3 PM and we'll ship it the same day.

Order Processing
🚀 Same-Day Shipping (7 Days/Week)
All orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed and shipped the same day.
Monday through Sunday. No weekends off for us.
⏰ Cut-Off Time
Order by 3:00 PM (15:00 Bangkok time) for same-day dispatch.
Orders after 3 PM ship the next morning.
Delivery Times & Regions
Currently shipping within Thailand via Flash Express.
(International expansion is coming soon!)
🏙️ Bangkok & Metro
1-2 days after dispatch.
Most orders arrive next-day if shipped in the morning.
🗺️ Upcountry / Major Cities
1-2 days after dispatch.
Remote areas may take +1 day.
🏝️ Islands & Remote
2-3 days after dispatch.
Flash Express offers real-time tracking.
Based on our data, deliveries are consistently fast (24-48 hours).

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Thailand.
No hidden fees. The price you see is what you pay.
⚡ Express / Rush
Need it faster? Express options are available at checkout for selected areas.
If Express is available for your address, you'll see it as an option during checkout, with prioritized handling for next-business-day arrival.
Tracking included.
During holidays or launches, allow +1-2 days (we'll warn you!).
📮 Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout.
If a delivery fails or a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may ask you to cover the cost of re-shipping the order.

Tracking & Issues
You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as we ship.

Updates usually appear within 2-4 hours of dispatch.
Check your spam folder if you don't see the email!
⚠️ Delays or Damage
If tracking stalls or the package arrives damaged,
contact us immediately. We'll work directly with Flash Express to investigate and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.
🚚 Failed deliveries & unclaimed parcels
Flash Express will usually attempt delivery more than once.
If a parcel is returned to us after repeated failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange a new shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
