At FIOR, we might not take ourselves too seriously, but we take getting your order to you very seriously.
Think of it like a perfectly timed espresso delivery – quick, fresh, and satisfying.
Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your Unserious Quality goodies to your doorstep.
Order Processing
Speedy Prep
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once you place your order, our team jumps into action to pack your items. We know waiting isn't fun, so we aim to hand over your parcel to the carrier as soon as possible (usually by the next business day).
Business Days
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). If you order on a weekend or holiday, we'll get on it the next working day.
Shipping Regions & Delivery Times
Currently, we ship only within Thailand – our initial markets. (Don't worry, world domination is on the menu and we plan to add more countries in the future. Stay tuned!)
Thailand
Standard delivery typically 1-3 business days after dispatch.
Singapore
Standard delivery typically 1-2 business days after dispatch.
We've partnered with reliable local carriers to ensure speedy service. Singapore customers expect to receive orders in 1-2 days, and we're committed to meeting that premium expectation. PS: If you're outside TH/SG, we can't ship to you just yet – but we hope to reach you soon!
Shipping Costs & Options
Standard Shipping (Complimentary)
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Thailand and Singapore. No sneaky fees – the price you see for the product is what you pay at checkout. Your order will arrive within the timeframes noted above at no extra cost.
Express Shipping
If you just can't wait to wear your appetite, we offer an express option at an additional cost. Rates for express delivery will be shown at checkout before you finalize your order.
Express orders generally arrive next business day in major areas (1 day in SG, 1-2 days in TH). We'll prioritize these orders so you can get your FIOR fix faster.
Note: All shipping methods include tracking (see below), so you'll know exactly when to expect your package. Also, during peak periods (holidays or big launches), standard shipping might take a day or two longer – but we'll always communicate any delay.
Packaging & Unboxing Experience
Every FIOR order is packed to perfection in our signature packaging. We've spared no detail here because unboxing should be as delightful as the product itself:
Custom FIOR Box
Your items come in a sturdy custom FIOR box, made from eco-friendly FSC-certified paperboard (premium feel and planet-friendly – win-win).
Protective Mailer
The box is shipped inside a recyclable kraft mailer for extra protection. No boring brown box experience here – expect a pop of FIOR personality when you open it.
Special Touches
We also include a little Thank You card and a branded sticker seal as part of the fun. It's our way of saying grazie with style.
Please note:
Our packaging is fixed and not modifiable. In other words, we do not offer gift-wrapping variations or special packaging requests at this time – every order gets the full FIOR unboxing treatment. (Trust us, it's already pretty special!) We designed our packaging to be an extension of our brand's "unserious quality" ethos, so we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Feel free to recycle or repurpose the materials afterward to keep the goodness going.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click the link in that email (or enter the tracking code on the carrier's website) to follow your FIOR package on its journey to you.
Our delivery partners in Thailand and Singapore are fast and reliable, but we know you'll want to watch that progress – it's like tracking the pizza delivery, but for fashion!
A few things to keep in mind:
- Tracking info may take up to 24 hours to update after you receive the email. (It's usually pretty quick, though.)
- If you ordered multiple items, they will ship together in one package whenever possible. You'll get one tracking number covering the whole shipment.
- Didn't get a tracking email? Check your spam/junk folder just in case. If it's not there, reach out to us and we'll re-send it.
Delays or Issues
We strive to deliver every order within the estimated time, but occasionally delays can happen (due to weather, unexpected logistics hiccups, meteors – you know, the usual).
Late Delivery
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or if the tracking hasn't updated in a while, please contact us. We'll investigate immediately and get things back on track, pronto.
Package Damage
If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, snap a photo and let us know right away. We pack everything securely, but shipping can be an adventure for a box. We'll make sure to resolve any shipping issues with the same care we put into everything else.
